Hello big wide world, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Myla and I’m only a young girl who was a reluctantly surrendered to APS as I was too boisterous for my previous owners, I know they miss me but they knew I would need a younger, energetic family to give me what I need. As I’m only a very young girl I haven’t had any training and can be naughty at times, I don’t mean to be but I can be jumpy and mouthy as I get excited to meet new people, it’s the kelpie/working breed in me I can’t help it! Because of this, I would need a home with no young children. I pawmise I will be pawfect with structure and training. I’m currently really scared of new dogs and we are working with that to boost my confidence. I might be able to be homed with a furbrother but it may require several meet and greets for me to feel comfortable. I really need pawrents who will commit to my training, socialisation and make sure that I get enough exercise for my mental wellbeing… could that be you?
Here’s what I need!
- Active family with regular exercise
- Ongoing training and socialisation
- Could be homed with children over the age of 8
- No cats
- Could be homed with another dog (male) pending numerous meet and greets but not necessary
