Sandy came to APS from a local pound. We have no idea what happened to him before this time but he arrived with us very scared of people. He was taken into foster care and APS cat Penny. Sandy has come along way since then and is now much more comfortable around people. He now needs his own home and family who will give him all the love and patience he needs.
